Here are the 2 wands side by side. As you can see the new wand uses the original o-ring, nut, handle and tip.
This new wand is such an improvment over the original that I was amazed. Not only can it reach the bottom of my 750ml jug easily but it froths the milk sooo much quicker. The only side effect of the longer wand is that I have had to lift my machine up by putting it onto a thick board (actually the end of a kitchen bench). If this is going to be a problem they can easily be shortened or lengthened but I wouldn't recomend more than 5cm either way. |
